Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times. Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when needed. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system. Serve food and drinks efficiently and ensure timely delivery from the kitchen. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain smooth table turnover. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations. Assist with preparing condiments, cutlery, and table setups. Ensure all orders are served according to Nolu's standards and presentation guidelines. Handle billing, process payments, and provide receipts accurately. Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols at all times. Support the team during busy periods and assist in other duties as required.
Requirements
Immediate joiners preferred. Willing to work across
any Nolu's branch
in the UAE. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented.Benefits
