Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

SEO Specialist

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page and off-page optimization. This role is pivotal in driving organic traffic, improving our search rankings, and expanding our online reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify optimization opportunities. Optimize on-page elements, such as meta tags, headings, and content, to enhance search visibility and user experience. Build high-quality backlinks through strategic outreach and partnerships to strengthen off-page SEO. Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics, using data to refine and enhance SEO strategies. Stay current with SEO best practices, industry updates, and algorithm changes to maintain effective search engine rankings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in healthcare or a related industry. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results.
