Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Claims & Billing:
Verify patient insurance coverage and process claims accurately.
Submit and follow up on pre-authorizations, reimbursements, and appeals.
Handle claim denials, underpayments, and re-submissions efficiently.

Medical Coding (ICD-10, CPT, etc.):
Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures for claims.
Review documentation for compliance with UAE insurance guidelines.

Front Desk & Patient Coordination:
Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage front-desk operations.
Collect co-pays, deductibles, and explain insurance benefits to patients.

Compliance & Reporting:
Stay updated with UAE insurance policies (DHA/HAAD/MOH).
Maintain records and generate reports on claim status and revenue cycles.
Requirements:
? Minimum
2-3 years of UAE experience
in RCM/insurance billing (mandatory).
? Proficiency in
medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, etc.)
and insurance portals (e.g., NABIDH, NextGen, etc.).
? Strong knowledge of
UAE health insurance policies
(e.g., Thiqa, Essential Benefits Plan, etc.).
? Experience in
front-desk/reception duties
(patient registration, scheduling, etc.).
? Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
