Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and highly experienced

SEO Manager

to lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over

6-7 years

in driving organic growth, managing SEO projects across large-scale websites, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including content, tech, design, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits Optimize website architecture, internal linking, meta tags, and content for search engines Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development Work closely with developers on technical recommendations and improvements (Core Web Vitals, structured data, site speed, etc.) Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices Manage and mentor junior SEO staff or external agencies as needed

Requirements

Minimum 6-7 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a managerial or senior-level role Deep knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms Hands-on experience with both on-page and off-page optimization strategies Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and project management abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
