The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings. This role includes conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, optimizing on-page and off-page SEO elements, and reporting on campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of SEO tools, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings.
Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for search visibility.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance using analytics tools.
Build and manage backlink profiles through outreach and partnerships.
Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
Develop monthly reports and present insights to management.
Work with developers to implement technical enhancements.
Support paid search and content marketing strategies where needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
