At RadiantBiz, we help entrepreneurs set up businesses and navigate banking in the UAE with ease. Now, we're looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused digital expert to drive our online growth and lead generation efforts.

What You'll Do:

Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & other paid campaigns to drive qualified leads.
Conduct on-page & off-page SEO to improve organic visibility across relevant business setup & banking keywords.
Analyze data across Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM to track performance and make smart marketing decisions.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-converting landing pages and engaging ad creatives.
Monitor competitor activities, keyword trends, and new growth opportunities to keep RadiantBiz ahead.
Manage marketing automation flows (e.g. WhatsApp drip, email triggers) to nurture leads and increase conversion.
Work with the sales team to align lead quality and improve cost-per-acquisition.
Who You Are:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing & SEO.
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels in the B2B service space.
Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Experience in targeting international markets (GCC, Europe, Asia) is a big plus.
Curious, analytical, and creative with a "test-measure-repeat" mindset.
Bonus if you have worked with a business setup, consultancy, or financial service brand.
