Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Lead Company\xe2\x80\x99s procurement for all segments & Support functions.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring all procurement activities routed through procurement department are carried out as per the procurement policy and guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring delivery of Good and Services to end users as per the agreed timeline.

\xc2\xb7 Vendor management (Registration and Evaluation, Maintain database of approved Vendors and blacklisted vendors).

\xc2\xb7 Ensure Product and Service Quality negotiated in best interest of the Company.

\xc2\xb7 Reporting Monthly KPI\xe2\x80\x99s for the team.

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring Procurement trends.

\xc2\xb7 Managing freight movements for Turnkey Materials.

\xc2\xb7 Timely renewal of Annual Maintenance agreements for the Facilities in UAE in coordination with department heads.

\xc2\xb7 Establishing yearly pricelist for repetitive purchases wherever applicable.

\xc2\xb7 Supporting with timely quotations to bidding team for existing project renewals and new projects biddings.

\xc2\xb7 Implement sustainable procurement wherever possible with approval of management in terms of cost.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring Procurement policies and procedures are updated and shared with all department heads.

\xc2\xb7 Developing & implementing Purchasing approval hierarchy (Delegation of Authority).

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10 years relevant UAE experience.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree. Preferred specialization or certification in Procurement / Supply Chain.
