The Senior Visual Merchandiser Display Stylist is responsible for creating visually appealing product presentations that enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute visual merchandising displays according to brand standards and seasonal trends.
• Coordinate window and in-store presentations to highlight featured collections and key promotions.
• Utilize space, lighting, and color to create impactful customer experiences.
• Prepare detailed visual merchandising guidelines for stores and regional markets.
• Install graphics, promotional visuals, and in-store signage for campaigns.
• Supervise store visual setup during new store openings and special events.
• Train and support store teams on maintaining visual standards.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Interior Design, or Merchandising.
• Minimum three years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail fashion sector.
• Experience in a senior or team leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong creativity, sense of style, and understanding of design and color coordination.
• Practical experience in visual setup, such as carpentry or textile arrangement, is an advantage.
