Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual merchandising concepts that align with brand identity and seasonal trends.
• Execute and maintain store and window displays to meet corporate visual standards.
• Mix and match outfits for mannequins and torsos to highlight new collections and top-selling items.
• Create and implement visual merchandising packs and floor layouts for stores across different markets.
• Design and draw display concepts using manual sketches or computer software.
• Plan creative use of space, color, and lighting to enhance product presentation.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail teams to ensure consistent execution across all locations.
• Train and coach in-store visual teams on display techniques, styling standards, and brand presentation.
• Assist with new store openings, overseeing setup of graphics, window installations, and in-store displays.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, pop culture, and competitor visual merchandising strategies.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Fashion, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience in retail fashion, including supervisory or team lead roles.
• Strong artistic and fashion sensibility with an eye for color, proportion, and visual balance.
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator for digital design and presentation creation.
• Creative thinker with practical execution skills, including basic carpentry or display fabrication experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing retail trends and environments.
