About the Role:

Lemar Corporate Services Provider is seeking a

talented and experienced Senior Videographer/Editor

to take full ownership of our video content production. This role involves leading end-to-end video projects -- from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery -- with a strong focus on creating compelling content for digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with proven experience in social media content creation, high production standards, and the ability to guide junior creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full video production process: pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and post-production. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure videos align with brand and campaign goals. Produce high-quality content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid ads. Mentor and provide feedback to junior videographers and interns to elevate overall content quality. Manage live streaming for events and maintain organized archives of video content. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and gear to continuously elevate production value.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of full-time experience

in a social media agency or creative studio (freelance experience not considered). Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)

and

DaVinci Resolve

. Solid knowledge of modern videography techniques, camera operations, lighting, and sound design. Experience in producing short-form video content optimized for social media engagement. Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability and attention to detail. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work flexible hours when needed.
