As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to bring designs to life throughout the product lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end design efforts across all our platforms, from conception with stakeholders to final implementation with Product Owners and Developers.
• Perform user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences and utilize these findings to create engaging designs.
• Establish and uphold design standards, including style guides and design patterns, to ensure a consistent visual language across ventures.
• Build easy-to-use and beautiful web and mobile products that users will love.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Develop mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product will function and look.
• Create screen designs and prepare their assets for frontend Developers, knowing how to export assets in various formats while considering sizes.
• Take full ownership of your work and the details required to design a successful product.
• Contribute feedback regularly towards improving our company and products.
• Design products that customers love.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of UI/UX design experience for digital web and mobile platforms.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
• Showcase a portfolio of outstanding interface designs that demonstrate your thinking process and creativity.
• Practical experience in creating wireframes, conducting user research, building prototypes, and performing user testing.
• Familiarity with business metrics, the ability to interpret data, and translate company goals into digital experiences.
• Advanced knowledge of UI/UX practices for web and mobile platforms, including a deep understanding of Android and iOS components and design patterns.
• Expertise in Figma, utilizing components and variables effectively.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble attitude with a strong team player mindset.
