Primary Responsibilities In the role of Urban Planner, we'll count on you to: . Independently collect, assimilate and manage land use planning, urban design and landscape design project-related data . Prepare constraints mapping and required documents . Assist in preparation and participation of public information meetings and hearings . Prepare conceptual and schematic designs for residential and mixed-use buildings of all types . Prepare detailed urban designs for public spaces of all types . Prepare high-quality illustrations for master plans and specific plans . Perform other duties as needed #LI-MW4 Required Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related field . A minimum of 10 years experience in regional and local planning and design . AICP certification desired . Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs . Extensive graphics and report document production experience . Experience with GIS . Strong oral and written communication skills . Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment .
