Job Description
*Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients\' inquiries, concerns, and requests. *Offer personalized travel advice based on clients\' preferences and requirements. *Stay informed about various travel destinations, including local attractions, accommodations, and activities. *Provide detailed information about different destinations, including weather, visa requirements, and cultural considerations. *Make flight, hotel, car rental, and other reservations on behalf of clients. *Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and special offers from travel suppliers. * Inform clients about cost-saving opportunities and special packages. *Promote travel packages and services to attract new clients. Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the UAE
- Excellent knowledge of UAE travel industry regulations, visa processes, and local and outbound travel destinations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ticketing and holiday bookings software
- Sharjah (Required)
- Sharjah: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)
