- Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner, with a goal to build long term relationships.
- Curate leisure travel experiences keeping in mind a client\'s expectations and budget.
- Hand-hold clients on the entire booking journey from initial inquiry till trip completion.
- Attention to detail, especially when under time constraints; patient; empathetic; people-orientation; good listening skills; strong inter-personal & communication skills
- Passion for travel, and eagerness to learn about different destinations, cultures and travel experiences.
- Flexible with work schedules considering client availability and destination time differences.
- Familiarity with Excel (intermediate), at least 1 GDS system, Hotel BedBanks and end-to-end DMC interaction.
- Willing to work part of a closely knit supportive team
- People, sales and service orientation.
- Openness to experiment with new technologies
- Candidates with a minimum of 2-4 years of sales and operations experience in a Travel Agency customizing client international holidays (ideally, with air travel and visa facilitation) would be preferred.
- Fluency in written and oral English communication skills is a must.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
