Studying, evaluating, and measuring the effectiveness of training and the return on investment from training initiatives to determine the impact of training on department employees and the effectiveness of training efforts.
Preparing training performance indicators reports and providing improvement recommendations based on the results.
Conducting studies and benchmarking comparisons to improve work procedures in the department.
Contributing to the dissemination and explanation of human resources systems and procedures related to the department's tasks to the department's employees.
Documenting all training procedures.
