Design and deliver safety, operational, and induction training for all employees, contractors, and volunteers.




Key Responsibilities:



Design multilingual induction programs (Arabic/English). Deliver ongoing BAU and compliance training (HSE, crowd safety). Develop a competency framework and certification matrix. Conduct assessments and track training compliance.

EDUCATION:



NEBOSH HSL (Health & Safety Leadership) course. IOSH Managing Safely (Trainer-level certification desirable). Recognised instructional design/education qualification. Certified First Aid/Fire Safety trainer credentials.

QUALIFICATIONS:





5-years' experience designing and delivering training in safety/events. Strong background with mass participation events/training academies. * KSA experience a must.
