We are currently headhunting for a Senior Trader with a reputable Investment entity based in the UAE. This role will entail executing and managing trades across various financial instruments in the UAE market, with a focus on maximizing profitability while effectively managing risk.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, commodities, and derivatives for the UAE market
- Identify trading opportunities and market trends to develop profitable trading strategies
- Monitor order flow and execute trades efficiently while managing risks
- Collaborate with the trading team and quant developers to formulate effective trading strategies
- Quote prices and maintain bid/ask spreads to ensure competitive pricing and attract trading counterparties
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior traders, assisting them in their professional growth
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, exchange rules, and company policies
- Stay up-to-date with the UAE financial regulations and ensure all trading activities are in full compliance with the relevant rules and guidelines

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in financial markets, with strong focus on the UAE market
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
- UAE National with Family Book
- Passionate about trading, investments and financial markets
- Proficiency in Bloomberg or Refinitiv
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure trading environments
