Our client, a commercially-driven semi government entity is currently looking for a Senior HRBP, to provide human resources consultation, support and solutions to one of its business functions. This is a stand-alone role, reporting to the HR Director. They will serve as a point of contact for the assigned business function, for all HR-related matters.
Role:
Partner with business leaders and line managers to assess the business, processes, concerns, and challenges and ensure integrated HR solutions and strategies are aligned to business needs
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Offers input for job reclassifications, staff reassignments, business unit reorganizations and reductions in workforce.
Employee Relations: prepare/approve paperwork for transfers, promotions, severance, termination, confirmations of employment, etc., and completes HRIS action form
Review Human Resources policies and practices and recommends improvements for the optimum achievement of intended purposes of such documents and practices, and achievement of the HR business plan
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand requirements and vacancies
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of professional human resources experience with 5+ years of experience in a core HR functional area or as an HR Generalist
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good problem solving skills
UAE National with family book
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related subject
