Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation (HILS) and Production Test Equipment (PTE) benches to support weapon system development and manufacturing.
Translate system and test requirements into detailed design architectures for HILS and PTE solutions, ensuring functional and technical alignment.
Develop automated test software using LabVIEW and NI TestStand to verify system functionality and ensure compliance with test specifications.
Provide technical support to production, including preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and timely resolution of equipment-related issues.
Maintain technical documentation and configuration control, ensuring alignment with defense standards, system baselines, and internal quality procedures.
