Job Title: Senior Test Engineer - Digital Banking

• Senior Test Engineer having experience in Banking Financial Services, Agile methodologies, Digital banking, and Core Banking.

Skills Abilities:

• Expertise in Digital Banking (Internet and Mobile Banking).
• Expertise in Retail Corporate digital banking
• Experience in Backbase is a value add
• Assist in defining the test strategy, test plan, and test scenarios based on the project requirements.
• Ensure that the testing process aligns with the project goals and objectives.
• Supervise and guide the testing team, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Use test management tools to manage test cases, track defects, and report progress.
• Contribute to identifying the automation requirement and assist in recommending an automation plan based on the
• project's requirements.
• Expertise in digital banking and core banking solutions and their integration.
• Assist in ensuring that testing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks in the testing process.
• Contribute to continuously evaluating and improving the testing process to ensure it remains efficient and effective.
• Provide training and support to team members on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
• Reporting Tool: Azure DevOps / JIRA / HP ALM

Other preferences:

• Experience in banking environment in Middle East is preferred.

Experience Required:

• 5-8 Years
