Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation to understand project requirements. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material estimates for electrical works Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project expenses. Collaborate with the procurement team to obtain accurate pricing for materials and subcontracted services. Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and proposals based on project requirements and specifications. Present estimates to clients and provide clarifications on cost breakdowns as needed. Liaise with the project management team to ensure seamless transition from estimation to project execution. Continuously update and maintain a database of cost estimates, pricing, and supplier/subcontractor information. Monitor industry trends and market conditions to stay updated on pricing and cost factors. Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE as an Estimation Engineer Strong knowledge of electrical materials, techniques, and processes. Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Ability to interpret project specifications and drawings. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
MUST HAVE Experience in Electrical Contracting

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
