Experience:
Minimum 10 years (EPIC / Oil & Gas / Construction)Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed EPIC cost estimates covering engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning. Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accurate cost analysis. Develop Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) aligned with WBS. Benchmark costs using historical data and vendor quotations. Prepare clear and complete Scope of Work (SOW) documents as per project and international standards. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for scope and cost accuracy. Support tendering, bid evaluation, and contract preparation. Update estimates based on changes and prepare cost reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 10+ years' experience with major contractors/consultants. Qatar project experience mandatory. Infrastructure/buildings design coordination experience preferred.
