Senior Telesales Executive - Investment & Business Acquisition
(Level: Senior/Managerial - Inside Sales Lead / Senior Telesales Manager)
Role Objective:
Own and drive the full telesales and online sales cycle for investment and ready-business acquisition services with inbound/requested leads. Responsibilities cover qualification, consultative presentation, negotiation, closing high-ticket contracts, collections follow-up, and legal coordination, with a strong focus on the UAE/Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead management & Speed-to-Lead: immediate outreach, multichannel follow-up (phone/WhatsApp/email/video).
  • Professional qualification: budget, authority, need, timeline (BANT/CHAMP/GPCT), investor persona profiling.
  • Consultative presentations: verbal/video value proposition, ROI/risks/profitability analysis, proposals, objection handling.
  • Negotiation & closing high-value deals: LOI/Term Sheet, NDA/KYC/AML, liaising with Legal for SPA/APA, deposits, finalization.
  • Pipeline & CRM ownership: logging activities, forecasting, daily/weekly reporting.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Legal, Operations, Finance.
  • Compliance: strict adherence to UAE regulations (KYC/AML/Compliance).
  • Leadership & mentoring: guide telesales juniors, script optimization, role-plays, best practices.
  • KPI-driven work: adherence to timelines, SLAs, proposal deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proven telesales/Inside Sales experience in investment/business brokerage/luxury real estate/high-ticket B2B sales.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic (spoken/written); Farsi is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Dubai/UAE market, free zones, business transfer & legal processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), cloud dialers, WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Google Meet, MS Office (Excel/Slides).
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and financial literacy (basic P&L, ROI analysis).
  • High resilience, discipline, multi-deal management, KPI-based performance.
KPIs:
  • Speed-to-Lead, Contact/Connect Rate, Qualification Rate.
  • SQLs/meetings set, pipeline value, win rate.
  • Avg. time-to-close, deal size, forecast accuracy.
  • Compliance Score (KYC/AML), NPS/customer satisfaction.
Tools & Processes:
Centralized CRM (Lead ? Qualified ? Proposal ? Legal ? Won/Lost), standard call scripts, proposal/LOI/NDA templates, legal documentation checklists, SLA-driven workflows.
Compensation Structure:
  • Fixed monthly base salary.
  • Weekly bonus (KPI-driven: activity/quality).
  • Monthly bonus (results-driven: closed revenue, tiered accelerators).
  • Additional perks: special campaign commissions, seasonal awards, insurance/work visa per company policy.
30/60/90-Day Onboarding:
  • Days 1-30: mastering scripts/products, pipeline setup, hot lead engagement.
  • Days 31-60: steady SQLs, quality proposals, first closings.
  • Days 61-90: hitting monthly closed-won targets, healthy pipeline 2-3x target.
Culture & Compliance:
Honesty, transparent risk communication, client data protection, NDA/KYC/AML compliance, professional dealings with HNWIs & legal partners.
Reporting:
Daily CRM updates, weekly KPI dashboards to management, close collaboration with Marketing, Legal, and Operations.
