Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and confident
Senior Telesales Executive
to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to close deals over the phone, and a proven track record in telesales.Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound telesales calls to promote products and services Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities Guide and support junior telesales agents when required Provide feedback to management on customer trends and sales performance
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telesales or call center sales Proven ability to close sales and meet targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
