Collaborating with and assisting the external sales team.
Monitoring, entering, and regularly updating client information in the organization's databases.
Handling client requests accurately.
Handling client complaints and providing appropriate solutions to maintain the organization's reputation.
Exerting maximum effort to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales.
Maintaining call and sales records and taking notes to explain client cases.
Submitting periodic reports to the Marketing and Sales Manager detailing completed tasks and any tasks that were postponed, along with the reasons for postponement.
