Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example in making high-volume outbound calls to potential leads and clients.
Provide expert migration advice tailored to each client's needs and aspirations.
Conduct in-depth consultations, confidently explaining our services, processes, and country-specific migration pathways.
Strategically promote and sell migration services to walk-in and call-in leads.
Consistently meet and exceed
weekly and monthly sales targets
, both individually and for your team.
Supervise and mentor junior telesales staff, ensuring high performance and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversion data using CRM tools.
Identify and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience
in immigration consulting, telesales, or a related sales leadership role.
Fluent in English
plus at least one of the following: Malayalam, Sinhala, Punjabi, or Hindi.
Strong consultative selling, communication, and team management skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Professional attitude with a results-first mindset.
