We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in

UAE tele sales or business development.

Female with Husband / Father Visa (UAE)

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services. Qualify and generate high-quality leads through cold calling, SMS, emails and follow-ups. Set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and achieve respective targets. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. Provide regular reports on lead generation and sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field experience preferred. 3-5 years of

UAE experience

in telemarketing, tele-sales, or business development. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with Tele sales Processes or digital marketing. Background in selling ERP Software solutions for Business Process Management. Experience dealing with domestic and/or international clients.
