Description
Own and evolve the end to end technology strategy aligned with business growth.Lead cross functional product squads delivering scalable apps, APIs, and fintech solutions.Oversee cloud native infrastructure, DevSecOps, and 24/7 service operations.Drive innovation through agile experimentation, platform reuse, and partner integrations.Ensure compliance with central bank and regional regulatory frameworks.Act as a key advisor to executive leadership and board committees on technology risk, resilience, and platform evolution.Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-country engineering organisation.
Profile
15+ years of technology leadership experience, with 5-7 years in fintech, payments, or digital banking.Proven track record in scaling engineering teams and building cloud native platforms.Proven ability to build and operate platforms within regulated environments (payments, lending, data privacy).Hands on, proactive approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.UAE market experience is essential.
