About You:

You're a senior-level engineer with a wide-ranging technical toolkit and a passion for solving real-world problems. You've built and shipped products, explored new technologies, and know how to deliver under pressure. You're client-savvy--able to lead conversations, uncover needs, manage stakeholders, and translate business goals into technical outcomes. You know how to thrive in fast-paced environments where agility, creativity, and initiative are essential.

What You'll Do:

Architect and build scalable, innovative software solutions--internally and for clients Lead engagements with clients, acting as both a trusted advisor and technical owner Rapidly prototype, iterate, and validate solutions using modern technologies Balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision for scalable systems Work across cross-functional teams to align product goals, timelines, and execution Mentor junior engineers and contribute to growing a culture of technical excellence Evaluate new technologies to be implemented at scale for citizen impact

Requirements

6+ years of professional software engineering experience Expertise with

C# and .NET Core

, including building APIs and backend systems Proficiency in

React and/or Next.js

for modern frontend development Experience working with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Strong communication and client management skills--comfortable owning technical delivery in client settings A passion for learning and working with emerging technologies Ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Bonus Points For:

Prior consulting, agency, or client-facing experience Experience designing cloud-native architectures and using infrastructure-as-code tools Open-source contributions or published technical content Familiarity with data science workflows or machine learning integration
