Senior Automotive Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise working with a wide range of vehicle brands and models. This role requires diagnostic skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while ensuring high standards of service and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical and electrical repairs on a variety of vehicle brands (Asian, European, and American). Troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues using modern diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and online resources. Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake services, engine tune-ups, and alignments. Inspect vehicles for wear and tear, safety, and performance issues. Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed in accordance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations. Supervise and support junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed. Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status, repairs needed, and timelines. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services using workshop management systems. Monitor and ensure proper use and care of shop equipment and tools. Stay updated on latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through training and industry resources.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in a multi-brand environment. Certification from a recognized technical institute or manufacturer (ASE or equivalent preferred). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and to lead a team.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
