Chiller Technician / Split Units technician

we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC senior Technician for our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE, particularly in the maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF systems, and split units. This position requires a motivated professional who can oversee daily operations, ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard, and provide exceptional service when interacting with tenants.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Oversight: Perform and oversee preventive maintenance (PPM) and repair of various HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF systems, and split units.

PPM Knowledge: Ensure that all HVAC units are serviced according to established schedules and maintenance procedures.

Team Leadership: Supervise a team of technicians, provide on-the-job training as needed, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Tenant Interaction: Engage professionally with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns with a positive attitude.

Scheduling & Time Management: Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure all jobs are completed within the scheduled timeframe.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs performed.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in HVAC maintenance, specifically with chillers, VRF, and split units.

UAE Experience: Previous experience working in UAE maintenance companies, with familiarity in local standards and requirements.

PPM Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and procedures for different HVAC units.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when engaging with tenants.

Team Management Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical certification in HVAC systems or related field.

Familiarity with UAE safety standards and compliance requirements.

Valid UAE driving license is a bonus.
