What You'll Do

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Respond promptly to guest service requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical assets
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, service reports, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Support colleagues in identifying areas for improvement and implementing technical solutions
• Assist in major repair works and liaise with contractors when required

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and repair across multiple systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills and a commitment to service excellence
• Team player with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
