Job Description
Electrical Diploma or Trade certificate with 6-8 yrs Experience , high or secondary school with 8- 12 yrs Experience , Should Posess good Basics and working knowledge about the Maintenance of the AC Motor and DC Motors used in the Rolling Mills. Should carryout the Rewiding of the AC Motors as per the requiements of the Mill. Should be able to Install, Dismantle the Bearings, Do Greasing and very good have knowledge Rewiding and Balacing of the Electrical Motors Should Posess Experience of 5 to 10 yrs or more as Senior electrician in Steel rolling Mills / Heavy industries/ process industries / having hands on working experience of maintenance of AC / DC motors upto the capacity of 1300 Kw , MCCS, PCCS, Transformers, EOT cranes, AC/DC drvies and softstarters. He should be able to read the drawing and solve the problem independently . Person should have basic trouble shooting knowledge of siemens S-7 series PLCS/ Allenbradly PLCs / Process instruments i.e, HMD, loop scanner, encoder,pressure and flow transmitter, PID controller etc.Peson should be able to write/ communcate in English .
