Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Senior Technician to support daily technical operations within a gaming and amusement environment. The role involves maintaining arcade machines, bowling equipment, and related entertainment systems to ensure smooth functionality and a safe guest experience. The position requires strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on expertise in amusement facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

Conduct routine preventive maintenance for arcade machines, bowling systems, and electronic gaming equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. Ensure all machines are calibrated, tested, and fully operational. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
Operations Support

Assist in daily gaming zone setup and operational readiness. Monitor equipment performance and address issues promptly. Coordinate with supervisors to plan upgrades, replacements, or technical improvements.
Health & Safety Compliance

Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and operational guidelines. Perform regular safety checks and report hazards.
Teamwork & Collaboration

Work closely with operations and customer service teams to address technical concerns. Provide guidance to junior technicians when required.
Requirements

Education

Diploma or technical certification in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience as an arcade or bowling technician within amusement or entertainment facilities.
Technical Skills

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of arcade machines, bowling systems, and gaming zone equipment. Ability to read technical diagrams and service manuals. Basic computer skills for logging maintenance activities.
Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail. Good communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
Working Conditions

Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
