Job Description

Undertake and oversee the activities of the boat repair and ensure that all the jobs handled are completed on time and comply with the quality while maintaining a safe working environment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair efficiently and accurately Conduct thorough inspections to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks Maintain and repair the yacht engines and systems. Attend all kinds of training on all products online or in person. Responsible for installing, repairing, servicing, maintaining, and rigging for all GYMS products Responsible for ordering parts, kits, and tools that will be needed to fulfil his job most decently. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on the yacht and recommend solutions. Fill out the Job cards for the jobs attended and coordinate the same with the team leader Determine the nature and extent of damaged or malfunctioning equipment. Planned work procedures, using charts, and technical manuals. Installation and commissioning of new equipment / engine. Processed, labelled, and secured parts of equipment. Kept area work clean prior to reassembling and ensured proper torque specification. Constructed a customer database to schedule upcoming maintenance. Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Identify and use special equipment, measuring tools, pressure gauges, and instruments required to perform practical work on engines. Participating in emergency repairs and troubleshooting as required. Capability to respond immediately to clients who have issues related to our product lines Responsible for all tools and machines provided by the company Must apply all our product rules and regulations in all our territories Ability to lead a team Maintaining accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including documenting parts used and labor hours. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to aid in repairs and maintenance tasks Knowledge of boat, boat accessories, electrical systems, marine sanitation systems, and air conditioning systems

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

Inboard/Outboard Engines, Diesel and Petrol: 3 years (Preferred)
