Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment or systems. Supervise and support junior technicians in day-to-day tasks and development. Ensure work is carried out according to safety standards and company protocols. Coordinate with engineers, service advisors, or clients to assess technical issues and solutions. Maintain accurate records of service work, inspections, and parts usage. Recommend improvements to processes, tools, or equipment based on field experience. Keep up to date with latest industry developments, tools, and technologies. Participate in training programs and contribute to the technical upskilling of the team.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma/Certificate in relevant technical field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in automotive industry. Strong knowledge of tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical procedures. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership qualities. Valid driver's license (if applicable to the role).
