Job Purpose A highly skilled Technical SME with expertise in MDM using Informatica. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the MDM strategy, processes, and technologies. They will also be expected to provide expert guidance and support to the MDM team and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an MDM strategy to ensure the accurate and consistent management of enterprise master data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define MDM requirements and align them with business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise to evaluate and select MDM tools and platforms that meet the needs of the organization.
• Lead and mentor the MDM team in designing and implementing data models, data quality rules, and MDM workflows.
• Oversee the integration of MDM with other enterprise systems and ensure data governance and security compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives on MDM best practices and technologies.
• Monitor and analyze MDM performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MDM and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Specification Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field

Work Experience

• 14+ years of demonstrated experience in MDM or data management
• Implemented MDM Framework in a bank using Informatica
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven expertise in MDM tools such as Informatica, IBM InfoSphere MDM, Reltio, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment.
• Relevant certifications in MDM and data management, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent.
• Experience in leading MDM projects and initiatives in large enterprises.
• Excellent knowledge of MDM principles, procedures, and practices
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database systems
• Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Develop, implement and maintain MDM policies, procedures, and standards
• Lead the remediation of data issues and ensure the quality and accuracy of data
