Responsibilities
You will oversee the full technical recruitment cycle: defining evaluation standards, reviewing CVs/resumes, conducting interviews, reference-checks, and ensuring quality hiring practices. Built In+1
Build and manage pipelines of technical talent -- sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, networking, meetups, etc., and actively maintain talent pools for present and future needs. Built In+1
Collaborate with hiring managers and different departments to identify hiring needs, define job requirements, and devise recruiting strategies tailored to each role or project. Built In+1
Supervise and guide junior recruiters or recruitment staff, ensuring consistent and high-quality hiring practices across the team. Built In+1
Recommend and implement improvements to the recruitment process -- propose new sourcing strategies, optimize evaluation procedures, and adapt to evolving company hiring needs. Built In+1
