Senior Technical Officer – Cafm (computer Aided Facilities Management)

Job Description
The Senior Technical Officer - CAFM is responsible for managing and supporting the operation of CAFM systems used to monitor, plan, and report facilities maintenance activities. This role ensures that all maintenance activities, asset tracking, and performance monitoring are executed accurately and efficiently through the CAFM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the
day-to-day operation and administration of CAFM systems
(e.g., IBM Maximo, Archibus, Planon, Concept Evolution, or similar). Configure and maintain system settings, user roles, asset hierarchies, and workflow processes. Coordinate with FM engineers, helpdesk, and technicians to ensure accurate and timelywork order management (PPM & reactive)
. Ensure properasset tagging, data entry, and documentation
of all FM assets in the system. Generatescheduled and ad-hoc reports
