Job Description
Position: Senior Technical Lead - Trade Finance
Location: United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi
Experience: 6 - 7 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science)
Contract: 12 Months Extendable Job Responsibilities: - Gather detailed requirements from business users for large-scale projects and/or enhancements to existing products. - Interface with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SMEs, and Project teams to ensure that business requirements are met within a software package. - Articulate and document business requirements for projects, change requests etc. - Manage vendor service level and quality of development. - Oversee and direct, in conjunction with the respective Systems Analysts / Programmers or the analysis of business requirements, development of functional and program specifications, relational database design, programming, testing, implementation, and documentation for the Trade Management applications. - Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and tasks. - Closely monitor the incidents tickets and problem tickets and close them before the breach of SLA.
