About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Technical Engineer

to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support project execution by providing technical expertise, reviewing drawings, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation. Coordinate with project teams to resolve design and site-related issues. Assist in preparing material submittals, method statements, and technical reports. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and QA/QC procedures. Support site teams in implementation of approved drawings and construction methods. Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor project schedules and support in achieving milestones and billing targets.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (as relevant). Minimum

3-5 years of UAE experience

in a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, codes, and project coordination. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B

uilding projects

within Abu Dhabi. Familiarity with

ADA/ ADM

project standards (advantageous). Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
