Senior Technical Architect
Job Description
Role:
- You will be responsible for driving the technical excellence of architectural design and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will engage with clients and consultants.This role balances design integrity, code compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, and project delivery quality acting as a bridge between design intent and construction execution.
Responsibilities:
- Project Technical Design Leadership
- Manage teams, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Lead Client Communication and Sub Consultancy interface.
- Oversee technical packages, detailing, and coordination.
Required profile
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture with 8-15 years in Residential and mixed-use developments.
- Proven ability to coordinate sub-consultants and manage large-scale projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM Workflows, Adobe Suite, and 3D tools (mandatory).
- Experience delivering projects in the UAE market.
