Senior Technical and Engineering Manager

Location: Tajikistan

Project Type: Housing Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all technical and engineering aspects of the housing construction project.

Oversee architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination to ensure seamless integration and execution.

Review and validate design documents, shop drawings, and technical submittals. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations. Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards. Lead technical meetings and resolve design and site-related issues promptly. Provide leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. Support procurement and contract teams in evaluating technical aspects of bids and materials. Ensure implementation of value engineering and cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

from a recognized university. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum

12-15 years

of experience in large-scale housing or residential construction projects. Proven experience in

MEP coordination

and integration with architectural and structural systems. Experience working in international or remote project locations is highly desirable. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and international construction standards.
