Our client, a global IT consulting firm is hiring Sr. Tech Lead - Payments with hands on experienceto drive strategic payment market infrastructure (MI) &managing complete project cycle by engaging the project stakeholders on daily.Responsibilities:Manage a diversified team of professional developers / engineers both onshore, offshore& vendor resources who are responsible for critical delivery and support of local regulatory payment initiativesProvide expertise and recommendations in the design / delivery of critical payments settlement engine as per the business requirementHave strong experience in Java tools / frameworks and be capable of providing guidance to peer developers & engineersInteract with the Digital team who are responsible for customer payment journeys support and deliveryAnalyse the impact of new functional requirement change impact to existing systemsPrepare solution documentation describing deliverables to meet requirementsAssist the delivery team in the requirement and concept and ensure correct functionality solutions are deliveredConverge the requirements from regulators and effectively conclude on business requirement specification document for discussion with business leadPlan and designate project resources, budgeting, monitor progress and keep all the stakeholders informed throughout the whole project cycleLiaise with other teams within and outside digital squads to negotiate timelines, deliverables and dependenciesEnsure the projects are aligned to and delivered against the business objectivesUse agile practices to rapidly deliver efficient solutions as per business requirementPerform appropriate level of stakeholder management across business, technology and partnersFocus on regulatory and controls aspects that can impact Information security and control LapsesRequirements10+ years of large BFSI projects management Hands on expertise in payments domain and platforms, with sound knowledge on clearing and remittance banking productsGood knowledge of payment flows and payment processesGood knowledge on SWIFT, ISO20022, MT/MX formats.
