Job description
Manage end-to-end recruitment demands across the Middle East region
Proactively lead regular recruitment meetings with projects
Update and utilize recruitment databases and job boards
Proactive executive-level search and creation of database for senior-level candidates.
Proactive involvement on tender and go/no go calls
Build a strong talent pipeline of high potential candidates through Egis\' ATS
Work closely with local HR to assess internal talent availability
Be the main point of contact with candidates
Interview senior-level candidates (face to face or virtual) and actively take part in interviews with the hiring manager
Ensure recruitment process is constantly being followed with all stakeholders and provide input on how to improve on current processes.
Profile
Minimum 10 years recruitment experience
Engineering / Construction industry experience is a must.
Candidate must be able to collaborate on a regional level with the HR community, leadership, and employees.
Excellent communication skills
Capable of resolving conflicts or finding common grounds with stakeholders.
Good knowledge of local regulation.
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
Can work under pressure and with short time frame.
