Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment across departments - from sourcing to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage offer negotiations
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for real estate, sales, and admin roles
Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
Represent Vincitore Realty at hiring events and career fairs
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience recruiting in the real estate industry is strongly preferred
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
Familiarity with recruitment tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in handling team
