Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and is passionate about building strong talent pipelines to support organizational expansion.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various departments while developing effective recruitment strategies and strengthening Cromwell's employer brand within the education industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for academic, sales, branding & marketing and operational roles etc.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential talent through online platforms, professional networks, and partnerships.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, i.e. from job posting and candidate screening to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Promote Cromwell's employer brand through creative outreach, events, and partnerships with universities or job boards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, reports, and analytics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent and efficient communication.
Support HR and management in workforce planning and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR within a fast-paced or education-focused organization.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a passion for connecting people to opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities (verbal and written).
Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri gulf etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Preference for candidates currently based in the UAE.
