Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate fit candidates.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with HR and management on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in recruitment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection, and internal policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 - 8 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in financial services, IT.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and recruitment practices.
