Key Responsibilities
Multi-Sector Recruitment: Source and recruit talent across healthcare, IT, F&B, retail, and more--filling 50+ roles per year across 5 markets.
End-to-End Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment from briefing through onboarding, including executive and C-suite searches.
Talent Mapping & Workforce Planning: Build proactive pipelines via market analysis, forecasting, and passive candidate nurturing.
Stakeholder Partnership: Liaise with department heads and external clients to align hiring needs, culture fit, and growth plans.
Systems & Process Build-Out:
Lead selection, configuration, and automation of Zoomfinder (and other ATS/CRM platforms) to create a best-in-class recruitment engine.
Design workflows, dashboards, and data-driven reports (time-to-hire, pipeline health, source metrics).
CRM Advisory: Advise on broader CRM strategy--help set up and optimize the end-to-end function, from outreach cadences to contact-data hygiene.
CEO Support & Team Leadership:
Directly support the CEO in establishing this new talent and CRM function--owning it end-to-end at launch.
As the function scales, recruit, onboard, and manage additional team members and/or external partners (RPOs, agencies).
Key Requirements
Experience: 5-10+ years of full-cycle recruitment, ideally in healthcare or IT, with multi-country exposures (UAE, UK, Canada).
Tech Savvy: Hands-on with Zoomfinder (or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS/CRM tools, and productivity platforms.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset:
Skilled at talent-market intelligence, workforce forecasting, and KPI-driven continuous improvement.
Able to translate data into clear recruitment and CRM roadmaps.
Leadership & Ownership:
Comfortable building a function from scratch, then hiring and developing a high-performing team.
Self-starter who thrives with minimal hand-holding and can influence at the executive level.
Communication & Relationship Building:
Natural storyteller who can articulate our employer brand internally and externally.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
