Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description
EFS is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the entire talent acquisition and onboarding process for blue-collared workforce . In this role, you will:
- Understand the manpower requirements for all new projects and liaise with operations for mobilization timelines
- Recommend strategy and platforms for approaching the right caliber candidates
- Draft job descriptions for new and existing positions
- Manage the end to end process of souring, pre-screening, interviewing, administering assessments, due-diligence, negotiation, offer extension, visa coordination and onboarding
- Ensure process is managed through the HR system and generate recruitment related reports and analytics
- Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates
- Qualification in MBA (Human Resources)
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in managing volume recruitment for blue collar workforce without the use of recruitment/manpower agencies
- Strong knowledge of processes, systems, reporting
